Here are 4 things to consider before you start to put pen to paper, hopefully may help you reframe some of that get going blank canvas pressurethat I know can get in the way.

            ✏️✏️✏️✏️✏️✏️✏️

            Contemplate the space — ✏️✏️🌊

For me it’s like looking out to sea, or over a mountain range, appreciate the beauty of the opportunity presenting itself — try not to feel intimidated by the expanse of blank space. It’s not a void it’s a moment for you to bring a thought into visual existence. You don’t have to rush in, take in the view, savour the moment.

            Ignore boundaries — 👀
Unlike the physical world there are no fences denoting ownership
of land and telling you where you can and can’t appreciate the natural beauty of the world in front of you. The only fences are the ones you put there. They might be things like,” I have no creativity”, “I can’t draw for shit”. But yeah ignore those. No-one is looking.

            Get going-👣
Be playful, pack a picnic.Wander and wonder across the page. Don’t forget a flask of tea.

            There’s no physical limits — 🧗‍♂️
Just the edge of the paper, and you won’t fall off into a ravine, just get more paper or create a larger digital canvas.

I hope that helps, let me know if you take a doodle break today!✏️
